Eligibility & Age Restriction

kt1917 does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, deposit, wager, or use any feature of the Platform. Attempting to circumvent age verification is a serious violation and will result in permanent account closure and referral to appropriate authorities.
Identity verification is required before first withdrawal. Accepted documents: National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence. All documents are handled securely per our Privacy Policy.
Account Registration
To access the full range of kt1917 services — including real-money games, sports betting, deposits, and withdrawals — you must register a personal account. Account Accuracy

Account Security

One Account Policy
Each player may register and maintain only one kt1917 account. If multiple accounts are found to be operated by the same individual — whether using the same device, payment method, IP address, or identity documents — all associated accounts will be suspended pending investigation. Balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited, and verified bonus winnings from duplicate accounts will be void.
Account Currency
kt1917 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). All deposits, game credits, winnings, and withdrawal amounts are expressed in ৳ BDT. There are no conversion fees for Bangladesh players transacting in BDT.

Accepted Payment Methods

Deposits

Card-based deposits (Visa and Mastercard) may take up to 15 minutes to reflect in your account balance depending on your issuing bank's processing time. kt1917 does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
You must only deposit funds from a payment source registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted. kt1917 reserves the right to request evidence that the depositing payment source belongs to the account holder.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. Verified accounts (with completed KYC) benefit from faster withdrawal processing, typically within 15–30 minutes for bKash and Nagad transactions during operational hours. Processing times for card withdrawals may be longer depending on the issuing bank.
kt1917 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawal requests or unusually large withdrawal amounts. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering (AML) procedure designed to protect all players.
Withdrawal Conditions
- Your account must be fully KYC-verified before your first withdrawal is processed.
- Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.
- kt1917 reserves the right to reverse or hold withdrawal requests pending fraud or AML investigation for up to 72 hours without prior notice in exceptional circumstances.

Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months. kt1917 may apply a monthly administrative fee of ৳100 to dormant account balances after the dormancy period commences, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.
Bonuses & Promotions
kt1917 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are issued in ৳ BDT and are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time it is made available. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms will take precedence for that offer.
General Bonus Conditions
- Wagering Requirements: All bonus credits awarded by kt1917 are subject to wagering requirements, stated as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount or the bonus-plus-deposit amount. You must complete the stated wagering requirement before any funds derived from bonus play can be withdrawn.
- Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate (e.g., 10%–20%). The specific contribution rates for each promotion will be stated in the promotion's terms.
- Expiry: Bonus credits and free spins expire within the period stated in the applicable promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived from them are forfeited without compensation.
- One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in the secondary bonus being voided.
- Withdrawal Before Wagering Completion: If you request a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirement on an active bonus, the bonus and all winnings derived from the bonus play will be forfeited. Only your original cash deposit balance (net of any wagered amounts) will be eligible for withdrawal.
Bonus Abuse
kt1917 has systems in place to detect and prevent bonus abuse. Actions constituting bonus abuse include but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim duplicate welcome bonuses, using low-risk or mathematically protected betting strategies specifically designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine risk, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. kt1917 reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate related winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.
Seasonal Promotions
kt1917 runs seasonal promotions aligned with the Bangladesh calendar including Eid-ul-Fitr, Eid-ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), BPL cricket season, and Victory Day (December 16). All seasonal promotions are subject to their own specific terms published at the time of the promotion and are available only to eligible players with verified accounts in good standing.
Game Rules & Fair Play
All games available on the kt1917 Platform are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to availability and the Platform's in-play acceptance criteria. Unusual or suspicious betting patterns on kt1917's sportsbook may be subject to enhanced scrutiny, and kt1917 reserves the right to restrict stake amounts or void bets where integrity concerns arise.
Prohibited Conduct
By using the kt1917 Platform you agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities. Violation of any prohibition in this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.
- Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one kt1917 account, whether directly or through a third party acting on your behalf.
- Fraudulent deposits: Depositing funds using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment instruments, including cloned cards or compromised mobile wallet credentials.

kt1917 employs fraud detection, device fingerprinting, and behavioural analysis tools to identify prohibited conduct. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended, balance forfeited pending investigation, and in serious cases, will be reported to relevant financial intelligence and law enforcement bodies operating in Bangladesh.
Account Suspension & Closure
kt1917 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player account at any time and without prior notice where any of the following circumstances apply:
- The player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- The player is found to be under 18 years of age.
- The player has engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
- The player has opened duplicate accounts in violation of the one-account policy.
- kt1917 receives a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal instruction from a player's bank or payment provider.
- kt1917 is required to close the account to comply with applicable law or a request from a competent authority.
- The player has requested self-exclusion.
Voluntary Closure
Players who wish to close their kt1917 account voluntarily may do so by contacting [email protected] with a written request. Before closure, any verified real-money balance (net of active bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method. Active bonus funds and associated wagering progress will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
Effect of Closure

Intellectual Property

kt1917's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with their account and use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their kt1917 account in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
kt1917 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While kt1917 targets a 99.9% uptime standard, temporary unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond kt1917's reasonable control does not constitute a breach of these Terms and does not entitle players to compensation.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit kt1917's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Amendments to These Terms
kt1917 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date shown at the top of the document. For material changes — those that significantly affect player rights or obligations — kt1917 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email to the address registered on your account.

Dispute Resolution Process
